It’s not very often I will use the term “Beautiful” to describe a badass video of a pro dirt bike rider shredding up the dunes. But that was the first thing that came to mind when watching Tom Parsons freeride session out at Dumont Dunes. I’ve never been out to Dumont even though I’ve heard they’re spectacular, but after seeing this video that’s bound to change.
I’m assuming the video was shot in the springtime just based off the sand appearing to be somewhat wet. For a rider that’s a good thing, at least most of the time, because that back tire is able to “hook up” much easier and therefore you can go a lot faster and climb hills much easier. Plus it’s a bonus to be out there when fewer people are there so you essentially have the entire area to yourself. So take a few minutes and enjoy the beauty of this film put out by Red Bull.
